Low Phase Noise Frequency Synthesizer

Corech Microwave’s low phase noise frequency synthesizer (frequency source) operates from 9kHz to 22GHz, featured with ultra low phase noise of -160dBc/Hz@1MHz, short setting time and low spurious. The excellent low phase noise ensures the signal integrity, system sensitivity, and interference decrement during operation.

Corech’s low phase noise frequency synthesizer series generates precise and stable frequency signals across a wide frequency range, available in SPI serial interface.
