How Long Are Shipping Times?
Your products will ship within 4 weeks of you placing your order, and then take 10 to 20 days to reach you depending on the shipping method and destination. Note: some products may have different delivery times.
What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
We offer different shipping methods depending on the destinations. Regarding packages that have been determined to be too difficult to ship internationally using standard methods, customer support will provide you with alternatives.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns are eligible for defective products and discrepancies in the actual quantity and models of products received. Returned products must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and contain all accessories, paperwork, and parts. How long Is Your Product Warranty?
We offer one-year warranty for all our products. The warranty covers defects in product and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse, or misuse. Cable assemblies, adapters, and other consumables are not eligible for a one-year warranty beyond their useful life.
